  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Item must be in the same condition as when received

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened containers of fertilisers, pest control products, or plant care chemicals
  • Used gardening machinery (chainsaws, lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
  • Personalized garden decor items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Damaged or Defective Items
